Christmas & New Year Closing Times

Cortec IT will be closed on Monday, 25th December 2023 (Xmas Day) & Tuesday, 26th December 2023 (Boxing Day). We will also be closed on Monday, 1st January 2024 (New Years Day).

We will only be carrying out emergency call-outs between Wednesday, 27th December 2023 & Wednesday, 3rd January 2024.

Emergency call out priority list:
1) Server shutdown.
2) Loss of internet.
3) Database issues.
4) Internal network failure.
5) All company emails stop functioning.

Please feel free to contact us to discuss our closing times, or if you need further clarification on our emergency call out priority list. Could you please also pass this email along to all relevant team members.
