Christmas & New Year Closing Times
Cortec IT will be closed on Monday, 26th December 2022 & the Christmas substitute bank holiday of Tuesday, 27th December 2022; we will also be closed for the substitute New Year’s Day on Monday, 2nd January 2023.
We will only be carrying out emergency call-outs between Wednesday, 28th December 2022 & Wednesday, 4th January 2023.
Emergency call-out priority list:
1) Server shutdown.
2) Loss of internet.
3) Database issues.
4) Internal network failure.
5) All company emails stop functioning.
