Christmas & New Year Closing Times

 

 

Cortec IT will be closed for Christmas Day on Wednesday 25th December 2024 & Boxing Day on Thursday 26th December 2024; we will also be closed for New Year’s Day on Wednesday 1st January 2025. We will only be carrying out emergency call-outs between Friday 27th December 2024 & Friday 3rd January 2025.

 

Emergency call-out priority list:

1) Server Failure – Any server shutdown or critical failure affecting business operations.
2) Cybersecurity Incident – Active malware/ransomware infection or suspected data breach.
3) Critical Application Downtime – Failure of key business applications.
4) Internal Network Outage – Network issues affecting multiple users or locations.
5) VOIP/Phone System Downtime – For NFON clients only.
6) Email Service Failure – Total outage of email services.
