Holiday Closing Times

Christmas & New Year Closing Times

 

 

Cortec IT will be closed on Christmas Day, Thursday, 25th December 2025 & Boxing Day, Friday, 26th December 2025. We will also be closed for New Year’s Day on Thursday, 1st January 2026. During the period Monday, 29th December 2025 to Monday, 5th January 2026, we will provide remote helpdesk support as usual, but on-site callouts will be limited to emergency cases only.

 

Emergency callout priority list:

1. Server Failure – Any server shutdown or critical failure affecting business operations.
2. Cybersecurity Incident – Active malware/ransomware infection or suspected data breach.
3. Critical Application Downtime – Failure of key business applications.
4.  Internal Network Outage – Network issues affecting multiple users or locations.
5. VOIP/Phone System Downtime – For NFON clients only.
6. Email Service Failure – Total outage of email services.
